All visits to the House-Museum are guided, and have a duration of approximately 30 minutes. A maximum of 15 persons allowed per visit. Adults who arrange for group visits pay the regular entry fee (unless they are students or seniors). The maximum number of persons for a group is 45 (three consecutive tours of 15 visitors). On Wednesday and weekends groups reservation are not available, pertaining the Federico García Lorca Route and Institutional visits.
Any group interested in visiting the House-Museum can make arrangements by telephoning +34 958 25 84 66, or sending the Application for Reservation (which can be downloaded in pdf format) by fax (+34) 958 25 19 96 or by making a reservation on-line. If the reservation is approved, the applicant will receive a RESERVATION CONFIRMATION.
The group should present a photocopy of this document, in addition to an official communiqué from the center. Once the reservation is confirmed, the date can not be changed. It is important to arrive on time. In the case of unannounced delay, the visit will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT: The Huerta de San Vicente reserves, for groups, the first three visits to the House-Museum in either the morning or the afternoon session.

Group of up to 15 persons: 10:15 a.m.
Group of up to 30 persons: 10:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Group of up to 45 persons: 10:15 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.
AFTERNOONS (from October through March)
Group of up to 15 persons: 16:15 p.m.
Group of up to 30 persons: 16:15 p.m. and 17:00 p.m.
Group of up to 45 persons: 16:15 p.m., 17:00 p.m. and 17:45 p.m.
AFTERNOONS (in April, May, June and September)
Group of up to 15 persons: 17:15 p.m.
Group of up to 30 persons: 17:15 p.m. and 18:00 p.m.

Click on the day you wish in order to obtain more information about available times for visits. Please remember that the Huerta de San Vicente House-Museum is not open to the public on Mondays. NOTE: In requesting a group reservation, one needs only to fill out the form for the first morning or afternoon visit; then, depending on the number of persons into the group (up to 15, up to 30, or up to 45), the corresponding number of visits will be assigned.
